I understand that once the dog leaves Joe and Dogs I am responsible for care and treatment of said dog.

I understand that Joe and Dogs has no control over successful pregnancy or time of litter. And only Joe and Dogs has say so over breeding's that take place,

I understand that at the time of submitting this application all of the information I provided is correct. I understand that should any information be altered to sway the outcome of the outcome of this application, I forfeit any fees paid to Joe and Dogs.03..3.3
